Features specific to particular versions
- Classic version: fade transitions with variable
in- and out- speed; highly popular "sunset" button style now optionally generated
internally for you.

Rainbow version: spectacular hue transitions which can be applied to any image; both clockwise and anticlockwise rainbow transitions.

Wipe effects version: includes 18 different basic transitions
(e.g. oval, rhombic, rectangular), including grow/shrink and triple-edged variations,
all with variable edge-smoothing.
- Ripple effects version: includes 5 basic transition effects
(e.g. circular, oval, rectangular) with variable speed, wavelength, amplitude and
frequency.

Pagefold version: simulates the fold of a page in a book; 10
different transitions including multiple centre tear-away; true 3D-shading; gold
foil default internal graphics.
Differences in free versions
- free use only on public websites - blocked for intranets
- animated rainbow copyright splash during initialisation
- limit of 20 on the index size
- height may not be less than 50 pixels; width may not be less than 140 pixels
- index file must be contained in a "menu.txt" file on the server
- no line-wrapping
- no javascript activation commands (e.g. onMouseEnter, onMouseExit)
- no pulse effects / pulse control
- no dynamic menus
- no parameter indices
- no text alignment control
